Joanne Beery, also known as “the boss” around here, still keeps us all in line. Besides being a mother, Grandma, and her favorite title: Great Grandma, with 8 now and 2 more on the way. It’s safe to say maternal strengths run through both the cattle and people around here. From doing most of the bookkeeping still to selling her choice of beef, she stays busy.

There's plenty of work to go around, and this gal covers it all. Madri has been part of our team and family since December of 2006. Being part of our family for many years gives her the advantage of knowing many generations behind these cow families—our intense A.I. program was built by her. Many hours of managing this cow herd has made her into a valuable herdswoman.
